Companion Care offers hourly care and services that support the senior or disabled individual to live in their own residence. Companion Care provides non-medical home care services and specializes in providing one-on-one care with a focus on the individual’s needs. Whether you are an elderly person who needs help in completing daily activities, a new mom coming home with her newborn child or someone who has just had surgery and is being released from the hospital, Companion Care is here for you. Services can include:
- Personal Care (Bathing, Toileting, Dressing)
- Assistance with ambulation
- Diabetic care
- Safety Supervision
- Running errands
- Meal planning and preparation
- Doing laundry
- Light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Help with organizing things
- Transporting and accompanying to doctor or business appointments
- Life enrichment activities (such as daily trips to a senior center, malls, local nurseries)
- Indoor activities
- Pet care
- Respite care
- Nurse Delegation
Services are not limited to this list. It is important to remember that Companion Care is here to help you in doing tasks that allow you to maintain your independence.
Services are scheduled based on your needs. Some of our clients only require a few hours a week while others may need 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We will help you select the schedule that works best for your needs. Companion Care can provide Certified or Registered Nursing assistants that can be nurse delegated if needed. There is no additional cost for their services.
