Choosing the Right Caregiver
Selecting the right caregiver to come into your home or the home of an elderly loved one is a decision to be made thoughtfully and carefully. The caregiver needs to have the skills to take care of routine tasks or unexpected events and also be someone whom you or a loved one would be happy to spend time with. Each of our companions are pre-screened and are required to show a consistent work history as well as pass a federal criminal background check and demonstrated the skills along with the compassion and desire to work with our clients.
Our caregivers are professionals in their own right. Many are certified as a home care aide or certified nursing assistant . . . all are dedicated to maintaining the elder person’s dignity and independence. All of our caregivers are trained, bonded, and insured, and most importantly have the full support of our office staff to ensure that we can meet all of of are client needs.
